CGSUK Staff Meet with FISD Director and Professor Asha Sukla to Plan Gender

*Colombo, April 17, 2024* – On April 17, 2024, staff members from the Centre for Gender Studies at the University of Kelaniya (CGSUK) held a key meeting with the Samitha Sugathimala Director of the FISD and Indian academic Professor Asha Sukla. The focus of the meeting was the upcoming Gender Film Festival, an initiative aimed at exploring and promoting gender issues through cinema.

The meeting centered on finalizing the details for the festival, including film selection, programming, and event logistics.
